The Loveland Group is a Boston-Based real estate team led by award winning agent Lisa Loveland. Prior to the formation of the her team, Lisa was a solo agent for over 20 years. In order to stay competive in the digital age, Lisa decided to bring on now Founder & CEO of KOMEDIA – Kosta Hantzis.

When Kosta came aboard, Lisa did not have much of a social media presence. She relied on her past clients and relationships she had built to fuel her business. The brand was in need of a total social media makeover. 

Solution

Since starting in the summer of 2020, we have built The Loveland Group a social media following across all platforms.

The two main platforms for the group are their Instagram and email newsletter which combined reaches close to 2,000 people. 

We have also been able to produce and generate numerous pieces of content ranging from:
